Today is all about your body and how you care for it
We're looking at what true self-care is, and spoiler alert, it isn't what the media have you believe.
Why putting on your own oxygen mask first is important.
How we can change the perception of how we see ourselves and why this is important
The link between stress and weight loss and how to turn this around

Day Three

Today is all about nourishing yourself with food.
We're looking why we crave foods and love to snack!
The difference between eating for health and eating for weight loss - I think you might be in for a surprise or two!
Gut health why getting this right makes such a difference to how you FEEL and true, permanent weight loss
